What is your payment policy?

Payment is due at time of booking, or as soon thereafter as invoice can be created (electronic invoices are typically generated weekly). Invoices serve two purposes: 1) To verify the time and address we have agreed upon and 2) To hold your place on our calendar. If exceptions must be made, please contact us at sara@saraeastman.com.

What is your turn-around time for photos?

Photos will generally be delivered within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot time. If you have a deadline and will need photos sooner, please communicate that upon booking.

How are photos delivered?

Photos are delivered through PASS: a mobile app that makes sharing and viewing your photos easier than ever. With Pinterest-like presentation, photos are instantly available for download and sharing on all of your mobile devices.

How far will you travel?

Travel range is based on availability. Listed price includes up to 20 miles of travel with an additional charge of $1/ mile (both directions) applied for shoots beyond the 20 mile range.

How am I authorized to use my photos?

Client is purchasing the sole licensing use of images for the continuation of the current home contract as well as personal marketing on a local scale. Images may not be transferred or used under any other agent’s sole listing without written permission from the photographer. Copyright belongs to Sara Eastman Weidner of Sara Eastman Photography, LLC.

Vendors like stagers and contractors are valuable parts to the industry. I’m happy to share images with them and sellers upon request.

My sellers aren’t ready, is there a charge for rescheduling?

Preparing a property for sale is a large and daunting task involving a lot of moving parts and often the coordination of a many schedules.
